I would like to say that the work of the Quality Control Team is commendable considering their valuable assistance, understanding, and the ability to answer questions and solve issues.
Another important issue is courtesy in written communication. I find an overwhelming majority of quality control agents to be polite, respectful, and patient in communication. This is a really positive thing since politeness in online communication affects moral and workplace climate significantly and positively.
Therefore, I would like to thank all the Quality Control Agents for providing valuable assistance and doing it so professionally and with courtesy. I find the professional qualities of the Agents to be commendable in the majority of instances.

With this short note, I would like to share a few positive observations about the company's system of incentives and bonuses and thank those who worked on developing the current bonus system.
In particular, I find performance-based incentives to be effective in helping to improve the quality of written works and increase the number of pages written each month.
In my case, I find the current progressive bonus system (increasing the bonus size (%) for a higher number of pages completed monthly) to be quite motivating since it encourages me to complete more pages monthly to be eligible for a higher bonus.
Tips and bonuses for papers graded with "5" do motivate to write better.

I mostly like the rapport between the administrators and the writer. The communication is always timely and well measured.
