You can write messages to the editor of your order in case you need to clarify any aspects pertaining to editing of your order or reply to messages sent to you by the editor using the “Messages” button in the order to which you want to write a message and choosing “Send message to editor”.
You can write messages to the administrator in case you need to clarify any aspects pertaining to the given order or reply to messages sent to you by the administrator in this order using the “Messages” button in to the order to which you want to write a message and choosing “Send message to administrator”.
Please always specify Subject of your message.
Please note that the messages you send via “Messages” button of a particular order must relate to that order ONLY (all general requests or questions related to other orders must be sent via mail to your HR or Support team (or via Messages to those orders)). Messages that are irrelevant to the particular order will NOT be regarded by editors or administrators (Support team). Please write professionally and refrain from emphatic speech.
Be patient when expecting an answer, your problem, issue, request or suggestions might take time to be properly processed and investigated. If you have an urgent issue (the deadline is about to expire), please contact Support Team in chat/via email. Do not post messages with the same issue addressed in multiple orders you have. This will not speed up the Processing of your request. The overuse of the system is both time-consuming for you and the representative trying to help you. Your accurate definition of the problem, issue or request with maximum helpful data provided in one message is more helpful to the person trying to assist you with resolving the issue.
Note that notification emails can be lost or not delivered, so you should check your account regularly to read new messages as well as reply to every single message.
