We have developed an efficient messaging system with the help of which writers can communicate with customers, editors, and Support team.
Using "Messages" button, you may write messages to Support (administrator), the editor of your order, or the customer directly. This mode of communication is considered formal, so please keep to all of the grammar, spelling, and style requirements introduced by generally accepted rules of English language as well as guidelines on communicating with customers and support established by our Company when posting a message.
If you have an active envelope button under your order, it is the indicator that there are some messages concerning the order. Please, click on the “Messages” button to see whether you have unread messages. To read the messages, click on the “View” (page icon) in the unread message to see the text.
All messages have to be answered! If a customer (or an administrator or an editor) writes you a message, you MUST respond to it (even if there was no question asked; just write at least -"ok, understood").
NB: If you take a revision/reassignment order which was written by another writer, please check the messages to the order (even if they were addressed to the previous writer). This will help you to avoid mistakes of the previous writer.
